Fall is coming

Hello there,

I'm so happy my blog is available to me again. I'm practicing gratitude. :-) How are you all? HOpe this finds you well. I am. So, we've started getting the catalogs that herald the fall season and the upcoming holidays. Yes, it's that time of year again. I view the upcoming season with a mix of horror and delight. Horror at all that has to be accomplished. Delight at the incredible weather that's coming our way which will allow long horseback rides, long walks with my dog and husband and going to all the fall festivities abounding in Arizona in the fall, winter and spring. Horror because I have to give up: swimming, long have-to-stay-indoors time to write, tans, great fruit and salad makings, trips up north to get out of the heat and see our land and the Quarter Circle U North Ranch. As the verse goes, though, for everything there is a season. So enjoy where you are, or should I say when you are. Remember everything goes better with a good book.
